Sekihan that can be easily cooked in a rice cooker that includes "glutinous rice (washless rice)," "processed red beans," "red bean broth," and "salt and pepper."
By using glutinous rice, which is particular to the rice cake shop, the texture is chewy, and by coloring with azuki bean broth, it is cooked in a natural vivid color.
