This is a fragrant, rustic-tasting rice cake made by carefully pounding product of Japanally produced Brown rice. In order to preserve the original flavor of the Brown rice, an oxygen absorber is enclosed in the outer bag. The freshly made flavor will be maintained until the outer bag is opened.

*After opening the outer bag, the original flavor of the Brown rice will escape, so please store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
