Freshness is the basis of deliciousness. In the "Pursuit of Taste" series, we deliver freshly baked and fried flavors to customers nationwide.We have completed an epoch-making system in which rice crackers are sent directly from the factory to the store and lined up in the store the next day.Currently, it is deployed at about 4,000 stores nationwide and has been well received.

We measure radioactive substances in ingredients such as rice, secondary ingredients, water, and the environment. ]

　Regarding raw material rice, we purchase raw material rice after obtaining inspection results and related information on radioactive substances from the national and local governments and suppliers and confirming their safety.
　In addition, when accepting raw material rice, we inspect for radioactive substances by annual production and production area. (Implemented from September 2011)

[Inspection method and past inspection results]

　The inspection method is to measure the radiation dose by the γ-ray spectrometer method using a germanium semiconductor detector.The detection limit for this method is 10 Bq / kg or less.
　Since the start of the inspection, no radioactive substances have been detected in the raw material rice and auxiliary materials (product of Japan ingredients such as mugwort, Soybeans, and seaweed).
　In addition, the water used in the factory is regularly inspected by a public inspection agency.
