Creating "new value"
We deliver excitement to our customers.

Since 21, when our founder Tadashi Yamazaki began manufacturing and selling ``raw Buckwheat,'' we at Echigo Seika have consistently produced food products such as Noodles, rice crackers, mochi, and packaged cooked rice. We have conducted our business activities with the mission of creating delicious products based on safety and security. Even today, when times are changing and product needs are constantly changing, products that are truly delicious and can be eaten with peace of mind are loved and loved by customers. Without changing our ``philosophy'' since our founding, we have continued to do our best to create ``new value'' that adapts to the times.

Where does "new value" come from? We believe that "new value" is created by returning to the origins (principles and rules) of things and deeply pursuing their "essence." Modern civilization is developing at a dizzying pace, but each of its cutting-edge technologies is the result of an accumulation of knowledge from the past, and was not created overnight.

In particular, engineers in Japan, a technology-based nation, have researched previously invented things until they fully understood them, then transformed them into "completely new things" through repeated cycles, sparking numerous "innovations." At times, they understood the principles and operating methods of things better than the inventors. This spirit of "learning from the past to learn new things" has given rise to "new value."

We have inherited the "DNA" inherent in the Japanese people, and we will always pursue "what our customers truly want," and do our utmost to "create new value and deliver excitement to our customers."

We aim to become a ``visionary company'' that is indispensable to the world as a ``company that is useful to society.''

We sincerely ask for your continued guidance and support in the future.
